Producer Membership Application

The Base Producer Member Dues are $325 per year.
This includes 6 trucks.
Companies with seven (7) trucks or more will pay the base minimum
PLUS $22 per truck tagged to haul in Oklahoma over the 6 truck minimum (no cap).

Example:
A Producer Member with 10 trucks calculates dues this way:

Base	+	(# of trucks over 6 x $22)	=	Dues
$325	+	(4 x $22)	=	$413

The membership year runs from July 1st - June 30th.
If you are not joining at the beginning of the membership year,
please use the following guide to determine your dues:

January	$162.50 + (# x $11.00) = Dues	July	$325.00 + (# x $22.00) = Dues
February	$162.50 + (# x $11.00) = Dues	August	$325.00 + (# x $22.00) = Dues
March	$162.50 + (# x $11.00) = Dues	September	$325.00 + (# x $22.00) = Dues
April	$162.50 + (# x $11.00) = Dues	October	$243.75 + (# x $16.50) = Dues
May	$162.50 + (# x $11.00) = Dues	November	$243.75 + (# x $16.50) = Dues
June	$162.50 + (# x $11.00) = Dues	December	$243.75 + (# x $16.50) = Dues

By submitting this application, you also agree to abide by the Association's Constitutions and By-laws.
The applications will be reviewed by the members of the board before acceptance.
